Shipping times

Standard shipping to the United States: 5-10 days, tracked. This is the same figure shown at checkout.

We ship from a US warehouse (CJ fulfillment, located in Los Angeles / Kentucky depending on item). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. International orders may take longer and are subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Free tracked shipping on all US orders. International orders ship at rates calculated at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7+ days, or if your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, email us at hello@ivelora.com. We'll investigate and either reship or refund.

International orders

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These vary and are not collected at checkout.
